Died Saturday, March 30, at her home in Natchitoches. A native of East Baton Rouge Parish, she lived in Nachitoches for 35 years. Body at Blanchard Funeral Home in Natchktoches. Funeral services there at 9 a.m. Tuesday conducted by Rev. George Pearce. Burial in mausoleum at Roselawn Cemetery, Baton Rouge at 3 p.m. Tuesday. Survived by her husband, Emmett Hawkins; a daughter, Mrs. Joseph F. Millicam, Bangor, Maine; five sisters, Mrs. W. D. Files, Bastrop; Mrs. L. C. Reames, Zachary; Mrs. Lena Woody, Baton Rouge; Mrs. Corinne Morris, Baton Rouge; and Miss Muriel Gurney, Baton Rouge, and two grandchildren.
