Joseph B. Hart died intestate on 26 Jan. 1874, leaving wife, Wealthy, and children: Emeline Jones, Mary Hart, Ellena Hart and Nancy Hart. Petitioner was Ambrose Y. Hart, Jr. brother of Joseph. The "Jr." must be a mistake since the person I show as Ambrose Y. Hart, Jr. wasn't born until 1880. I still think Ambrose, Sr. is a brother to Joseph.
