Marriage: Date, but no place given in records referred to above. Search for marriage place has as yet been unfruitful; possibility couple were married in Richland County, Ohio. Aunt Frances has date as 1830.

Death: Newspaper notice in "Weekly Reflector" of Norwalk, Ohio 22 April 1890.

Named as "John Morehead" on son Ephriam's death certificate.

Aunt Frances thought Jonathan Morehead married Lucile Hyman, born 1806 in West Virginia, died 1877 in Huron Co. Ohio, and that Jonathon Morehead's (1804) father was John Morehead of Roanoke Virginia? Descendent of Charles Morehead who settled Kent Island, Chesapeake Bay in 1630. She also has death of Jonathan as 1893 in Morehead, Huron Co., Ohio. (Now called Hunt's Corners in Lyme Twp.) Viola Call had a note from someone that Jonathan had 2 families of 12 each.
