" subject to the provisions of the Item second, for my said wife, I hereby devise and bequeath the full one third of all said property of which I may die siezed to my beloved son John U. Wingard. "devise and bequeath to my beloved son Benjamin F. Wingard the full one third of all my said property that I may die siezed. "Subject to the provisions in Item second for my said wife, I devise and bequeath to my two grand-children Emma May Stauffer and Margret Edna Stauffer the full one third of all the said property that I may die siezed.
