    John Robert Standley, aged 69 years, beloved husband of Mrs. Olive E. Standley, passed away at the family home, 2727 Cedarwood avenue, Sunday, March 22, (1931), after a brief illness. Surviving relatives besides his wife, are two daughters, Mrs. Cora Graham and Mrs. Lula Kalberg, city; one brother Andrew? Standley, Medford, Ore.; two sisters, Mrs. Arvilla Brockmen, Medford, Ore. and Mrs. Olive Witcher, residing in Illinois; thirteen grandchildren. Mr. Standley was a member of the Garden Street Methodist church and had resided in Bellingham for the past eight years. The body rests at the Home Mark mortuary, and funeral announcements will be made later.
