JOHN SAMBORNE, m. ELIZABETH-2 John claimed the manor of Lushill after his father's death. In 1493-1500 he sued Richard Elyot for detention of deeds relating to land in Lushill. John was living in Lushill in 1502 when he sued John Clerk, husbandman, for damages caused his cattle." Margaret Wyndersore, John's grandniece, sued him for his claim to Lushill in 1515-1518.
