- John Royall was born in 1713. He is the son of Joseph Royall and Elizabeth Kennon. He married: 31 Dec 1750 John Royall and Elizabeth Worsham, surety Stith Hardaway. He passed away in 1791.
- 8 Nov 1749, Mary Eppes, Richard Royall and John Royall, executors of Littleberry Royall took a judgment for debt owed by William Worsham to the estate of Littleberry Royall. [1]
- 3 May 1751, John Royall and Richard Royall appointed guardians of Littleberry Royall's orphans, Joseph, John and Littleberry Royal. Part of index to Chesterfield County Wills and Administrations (1754-1800), Virginia wills and administrations, Chesterfield Order Book 1, p. 111. There are multiple index entries showing Richard Royall appeared to return accounts[2][3]
- 23 May 1771, Mary Elizabeth Townes orphan of Richard Towns dec'd with the approbation of the Court having made choice of John Archer for her guardian who with John Royall her security entered into and acknowledged bond for securing the said orphans estate and indemnifying the court.[4]
