Birth of Janos recorded in No. 1 (church? records). Baptized by Priest Joszef Bedrich.

The witnesses at his wedding were his Uncle Konrad Rózsa; the husband of his 1st cousin, János Schilling; and Imre Zatos whom I would expect was somehow related to his bride.

Uncle Henry vaguely remembers his father coming home on furlough. He died in the war when Henry was only 5.

Lived for some time in the US. We have a picture of him taken in Harrisburg, PA. His son described his life as coming back from the United States, getting conscripted, issued a gun, and killed.

On manifest of March 22, 1905, he says he is going to his acquaintance Hartmann L? at 1405 Cameron Street. He has $13 and is an agricultural laborer
