Wife Alice & son John to be executors.
    26 Jul 1701: Agreement between Benjamin Pickering of Salem yeoman or shipwright and William Pickering of Salem Marriner Brother of s'd Benjamin regarding land given them by their ffather John Pickering dec'd, mentioning land now in possession of Alice Pickering the mother.
