I am seeking information regarding John Lowen/Lowens who died in 1779, and his wife Margaret Lowen / Lowin who died 1791-92. Wills proven in Culpeper Co., Virginia. Their children were: Benjamin Lowen who died abt 1792 in Culpeper; Francis Lowen who married Lucy Bourne and died in 1820 in Jessamine Co., KY; Sarah Lowen who married William Sisson; and Mary Lowen who married James Thomas. I'm most interested in finding the maiden name of Margaret, wife of John, and any other information regarding John and Margarett...birth dates, places, burial location etc. I descend from Francis Lowen and Lucy Bourne.
