    "one half the Farm that John Irish now lives on being that part of the Homestead left him by his Honor'd Father Mr. William Chesebrough the which sum being 240 acres one half is 120 as sd Inventory The House out houses & garden with lott upon hill att Newport State Rhode Island as sd Inventory ... Value 2070 pounds."
