    "d. 2 Apr. 1755"
[This death is not found in Watertown records, and Bond, who predates Savage, gives 26 Apr 1755 on p. 166, but on p. 748, adds a correction that says "d. Ap. 2, 1755, aged 81" without explanation. Savage apparently copied this. The basis for the 2 Apr date is unknown, and in view of the gravestone found on Find A Grave, and the format of Bond's correction with the age at death, this appears to be a mistranscription of the gravestone.]
