He got his first license in 1922, said son Robert Bruning. Mr. Bruning, of Kenwood, died Saturday. The University of Cincinnati graduate and World War II Navy veteran was an electrical engineer for the Baldwin Piano Co. He belonged to Pleasant Ridge Presbyterian Church and was curator of the Gray History of Wireless Museum.
