Alexander Moncrieff, 5th of Culfargie and Barnhill, was chr 23may1751 and d. apr1817; he married, 18jul1779 at Edinburgh, Janet VEITCH (d. 4feb1817), daughter of Alexander Veitch, Dunfermline merchant ("House of Moncrieff"). Scottish archives have the will of Alexander Moncrieff of Barnhill, Co. Perth, spouse of Janet Veatch, reg 1820 St. Andrews (scotlandspeople). Information from Gordon A.
