WILL: LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JANE WINSLOW. Received for record April 3, 1866 at 5 pm. I Jane Winslow of the State of Michigan, County of Oakland, and Town of Springfield do make and ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner and form following viz. I give and bequeath to my dear children as hereinafter mentioned. To my dear daughter Harriet Predmore and my son John C. Laing, the mortgage I hold against him together with the note of hand and all debts whatsoever the said John C. paying the said Harriet Predmore five Dollars and to Harriet I leave also the mortgage I held against her, together with the mortgage I held against Amos Predmore her husband with the note of hand and I do further will that my personal property shall be equally divided between these two dear children. And further order and direct that my lot of land lying in the County of Tuscola , State of Michigan shall be sold and equally divided if the heirs or executors think best to sell divided Equally between my three dear children, namely Harriet Predmore, Violetta Warbass, John C. Laing. John C. Laing I appoint executor of this my last will & Testament. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 17th day of Oct. 1860.
