In 1860 census, Jane is listed with her parents. By 1870 her mother had remarried to Samuel Stump, and only has one Follweiler child with her, Mantana. In 1870 Jane appears to have been living on her own in the hotel of A. R. Good. [Same obituary appeared in Allentown Morning Call] Mrs. Wm. A. Reimert Jane, wife of Wm. A. Reimert, the cabinetmaker and undertaker at New Tripoli, died Tuesday evening [i.e., 13 Feb 1912] at eleven o'clock in Dr. Strycker's hospital in Reading, where she had undergone an operation two weeks ago. She was 61 years of age and was a daughter of Daniel Follweiler. She was a native of Lynn township. Deceased is survived by her husband and the following children: Harvey of Palmerton; Mrs. C. D. Fetherolf, of Wanamaker; Rev. William A., a Reformed Church missionary in Yochow, Hunan, China; Mrs. George F. Snyder, of Allentown; Mrs. C. A. Schaffer of New Tripoli; Mrs. George Weider, of Lynn; Abner, Arlene and Helen at home. A brother is Anton Follweiler of Jordan and three sisters are Mrs. Charles Nuss, Mrs. Wm. Stein and Mrs. Jacob Strasser, of Allentown. A number of grandchildren also survive. The funeral will be held tomorrow at 9:30 o'clock. Rev. G. M. Smith will officiate at services at the church and interment will be made in the adjoining cemetery. Rev. Smith was to have left for Jeanette, his new charge tomorrow, but he has consented to remain over and conduct the services leaving the next morning for his new field of labor. References
