Margaret OSWALD was born about 1788 in Dysart, Fife, and married James LUMSDEN 13feb1808 (Latter Day Saints). James Lumsden was born abt 1786 at Dysart (Latteer Day Saints); this is incorrect. James was a tobacco importer (family letters). James had died before his son David married 14feb1862 (marriage record, scotlandspeople). James Lumsden, tobacconist, died 29sep1827 at Dysart (information from J. Hill, from Fife FHS pre-1855 deaths CD); he was buried 29sep at Dysart, St. Denis (Fife FHS).
