This Ann Beall was the sister of Rachel Pottinger, wife of Zadock Magruder. In James Beall’s will he makes his wife Ann executor. Mentions no children. Mentions brother Robert. Gives £50 to each of brother Benjamin’s children, viz.: Lloyd, Ninian, Cephus, and Nancy. Gives £50 to each of brother John’s children, viz.: Sabia and Ruth.

    After his wife’s death his property to be given 1/3 to brother Robert and 2/3 to his nieces and nephews, not named.
