Here Jacobus Petrus Steenman was registered in his birth certificate as being born on 22 July 1894 at 9 p.m. in the house of his parents at the Albert Cuypstraat 163. His parents are Jacobus Gerardus Steenman (servant, 33, Amsterdam) and Anna Marie Elisabeth Sluijter (no occupation).

Marriage

On 4 January 1923 Jacobus Petrus Steenman (electricien, 28, Amsterdam) married Petronella Flipse (25, Amsterdam). His parents are Jacobus Gerardus Steenman (electricien, 61, living in Amsterdam) and Anna Maria Elisabeth (53, no occupation, living in Amsterdam). Her parents are Johannes Martinus Flipse (cook, 56, living in Amsterdam) and Aagje Hofman (passed away). Witnesses to this marriage are: Johannes Jacobus Gerardus Steenman (insurer, 31) and Gerardus Johannes Joseph Steenman (shop servant, 30), both brothers of Jacobus Petrus Steenman [2].
