JACOB R. GONGAWARE
Jacob R. Gonagware one of the oldest and most highly respected families of the neighborhood died at his home near Irwin Monday afternoon at 12:30 from a complication of diseases, aged 74 years. Mr. Gongaware had lived on his farm near town for many years. He was a member of the Myers Lutheran church. He is survived by his wife, four daughters: Mrs. F.M. Goslee, of Fort Wayne, Indiana; Mrs. L.M. McCune, of Herminie; Mrs. J.W. Buzzard, of Buzzardtown; Mrs. W.P. Lenhardt, of near Irwin and three sons, Z.N. and J. Gongaware, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, L.R. Gongaware, of near Irwin. Funeral services at his late home Thursday afternoon with interment later in the Myers cemetery.
