One of my most cherished memories is of when I introduced him to his first Great, Great Grandchild and he was so overjoyed it brought him to tears. He also had the rare and sad experience of living through the death of a Great Granddaughter and another of his Great, Great Grandchildren. He is with those babies now in heaven and that helps ease the pain of losing a dearly loved and missed Great Grandfather.
