Family:Jack Oakley and Virginia Martin (1)

Mary was born on February 8, 1931, in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, Her parents were, Jack and Jenny Bee. She was the eldest daughter out of Eight Children: Johnny Franklin, Clayton Carl, Lula Jean, Jackie Wallace, Phillip Wayne, Betty Ruth and Norma Jean.

On November 15, 1947 she married William Dale in their home town. and together they raised 9 children: Four sons and five daughters. Elizabeth Frances, Delinda Rose, William Michael, Nancy Carolyn, Irma Jean, Walter Edward, Terry Wayne, Kimberly Bell and James Shawn.

They retired to Dayton in 1983 and she went to meet him in heaven on December 30, 2003 at the age of 72. She was laid to rest beside her husband of forty six years in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. One of their daughters (Linda) was waiting to welcome them into heaven.

She was also preceded in death by two great granddaughters Casey Nicole’ Comer and Cora Rose Fraley
