Facts and Events
Alternate spelling "Isam", as in the 1880 U.S. Census for Franklin Co., Mill Creek, Arkansas. According to the Sallie DeWitt 1981 Genealogy, he married a woman that was known to her relatives as "Aunt Lize" (probably Elizabeth?). Evidently, there were many stories passed down about this woman that were known especially by Hazel Vest Montgomery, but no stories were related in the Genealogy document.
