Isabella Gilmore is a likely [some say "possible"] daughter of John Gilmore who was killed in the first Kerr's Creek Massacre in 1759. Her husband Alexander Dale is listed in Augusta County records with Isabella's probable brothers William and James Gilmore. Additional research is necesssary to prove this relationship.
