No relationships are given in the 1850 census but it is Janie's guess that Mary Jackson is daughter of Elizabeth Baldwin and wife of Isaac and sister of John Baldwin. Verification of this 'guess' would be appreciated!

Rosanna I. Jackson 2 F NY
Frank Jackson thinks these middle initials are 'T' not 'I'. But they look like 'I' to Janie and are indexed by ancestry.com as 'I'.

1870 Census is revealing as the Powell, Baldwin and Jacksons are all together on the same page:
1870 Census North Hempstead, Queens Co., New York

Jackson, Mary W F 66 wife married keeping house NY NY NY
Jackson, John W M 35 son single at home NY NY NY
Jackson, Rosannah W F 22 relationship blank single occupa blank NY NY NY

The relationship of Rosannah has led some to think perhaps she wasn't a daughter but maybe was a Jackson child who they raised. She has been with the family on census records since she was two years old in 1860. LDS site has inserted 'other' in the relationship area, but that isn't on the actual image. It is blank. I have included her as a daughter until better information is available. Prior census records do not include relationship information.

No photo but record says the inscription says "aged 90 yrs, 2 mo, 24 days.

His age is probably overstated by 4 or 5 years, based on his age in the 1850 census.
