Isaac was a shoemaker and lived at the Harbor.
He married (1) Mehetabel, daughter of Thomas Millet, who died Sept 1699. Nine children were recorded to them, five of them sons. Only Eleazer and Joshua married in Gloucester.
Isaac married (2) 2 December 1702 Widow Mary Rowe, who died 3 March 1723, aged 65. She was the daughter of Thomas Prince, wife of Hugh Rowe.
