Isaac DuBose II composed his Last Will and Testament in the Parish of Saint James-Santee, Craven County, Province of South Carolina, dated June 12th, 1742.
The wife and children to whom Isaac DuBose bequeathed all his worldly belongings, properties and estates, both real and personal, were as follows:

Isaac DuBose named Theodore Gaillard Sr., William Buchanan & Joseph Huggins his executors whilst Louis Gourdin, John Leger, Daniel DuBose & Peter Champringy all appended their signatures as signatory witnesses.
The Last Will and Testament of Isaac DuBose II was submitted before court and approved the 17th day of September, 1742. The same was admitted to record, November 29th, 1742.
