[edit] =======================================================Syracuse Herald Journal, 28 May 1982: ALICE MANZENE Alice Durgee Manzene, 69, of 4352 Heritage DR died Wednesday in Crouse-Irving Memorial Hospital. She had retired as a nurse's aide at St. Joseph's Hospital where she was employed 11 years. A native of Amboy, Mrs. Manzene lived in Syracuse more than 40 years. She was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church and a member of its Altar and Rosary Society. Surviving are a son, Stephen of Liverpool; a daughter, Mary Anne Manzene of Liverpool; a brother, Spencer Durgee of Florida; four sisters, Marion Turner of Florida, Mrs. Frederick Pyle of Long Island, Vera Gridley of Central Square and Gail McSweeney of Fulton; and two grandchildren. Services will be tomorrow... at Blessed Sacrament Church. Burial will be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Fayetteville. References
