Oswego Palladium-Times, 27 July 1937: MEZZALINGUA-DURGEE Parish, July 27-Miss Alice Durgee, youngest daughter of Mrs. Flora Durgee, was united in marriage to Ralph Mezzalingua of Manlius Saturday. The ceremony was performed in the Episcopal church in Fayetteville. Miss Kathleen Nellis of this place and Stephen Cheney of Manlius were attendants. After a wedding trip through the Adirondacks, the couple will reside at Manlius, where the bridegroom conducts a green-house. Miss Durgee is a graduate of Parish High School. Fayetteville Eagle-Bulletin, 29 July 1937: ALICE DURGEE WEDS RALPH MEZZALINGUA Fayetteville Pastor Weds Couple; Will Make Home in Manlius Manlius-- The marriage of Miss Alice Durgee of Parish and Ralph W. Mezzalingua of Manlius took place Saturday July 17th at the Episcopal church, Fayetteville. Rev. J.W. Woessner officiated. The attendants were Miss Kathleen Nellis of Parish and Stephen S. Cheney of Manlius. Miss Lucille Elise Lange of Weehawken NJ and O.J. Brown Jr. of Baldwinsville were other guests. After a wedding dinner at Tubberts the couple left for a tour of the Adirondacks. They will make their home at 103 1/2 Moulter ST, Manlius. References
