Born in Opmanna, Sweden. county Kristianstad, District of Villand. Inga is about 9 years older than Tury. They were on the same ship to America, met, married in same year. Members of Vasa Swedish Lutheran Church. Inga had a total of 8 children, each of the girls pregrancies were twins. They settled the land and probably cleared, and built their home there. Farm life was difficult but the family thrived and improved over time. In 1904, they moved to Idaho for about two years but returned to Traverse County. Inga had diabetes the last two years of her life and died of kidney failure in Mpls. (Anna’s home) while visiting her daughters in August 1906. Her body was returned to Wheaton for burial.
