    "37 Ichabod3 Warner, son of Isaac2 and Sarah (Boltwood) Warner, born about 1684, probably in Northfield, Mass., as his father was an engager in that settlement in 1685, and his birth is not recorded with those of his older brothers and sisters in Hadley, Mass.; died in Windham, Conn., January 18, 1767, in his 83d year. … An early mention of Ichabod Warner in the public records of Connecticut is February 21, 1711-2, £9-4-7, wages due, probably for his services on the expedition to Canada the preceding summer. In May, 1725, he was appointed ensign of a trainband in the town of Lebanon. …
