I'm pretty sure these are the correct parents because Mary Perry who married Norton's brother Samuel was living with Horace, Rachel and Sally in 1850 then Norton & Rachel in 1860

    "Another of the pioneers of our town has passed away. Mr. Horace Williams, one of our respected citizens, was found dead in bed on the morn of April 30th, having died of heart disease. He had
    been in feeble health for some time, but able to be about the house, and was as well as usual when he retired at night. He was in the 82d year of his age. Mr. Williams has left very few enemies, as he always had a kind word for everyone he met. He had lived to witness very many changes in this section of country. His funeral was held from the line church on Friday. Rev. B. F. Wood, of Copenhagen, preached a very effective discourse from these words, " To die is gain.""
