Medical? Herebert was diagnosed with prostate cancer which grew progressively worse, and spread to the bone marrow in both legs. He suffered much pain. Carl Taylor administered morphine shots as needed to give him some relief including thru the night at times.
Death? 4 Oct 1942 Saint Louis,Gratiot,Michigan,USACause: Herbert was laid to rest at the Salt River Cemetery, Isabella County, Shepherd, Michigan (11 miles north of St. Louis).
