Easton Township is a civil township of Ionia County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 2,835 at the 2000 census.

In the traditional township numbering for the State of Michigan, Easton Township is nominally T 7 N, R 7 W. The southern border follows the Grand River, so portions of that survey township are in Berlin Township, and a small part of Section 6 of T 6 N, R 7 W is in Easton Township.
