RESOLUTIONS OF RESPECT

At a called communication of Tazewell Lodge, No. 62, A. F. & A. M., held in their hall Nov. 14, A. L. ??91, A. D. 1891.

Whereas it has pleased the Supreme Architect of the Universe to remove from labor amongst us, to that Celestial Lodge above, our worthy brother, Henry C. Auvill, be it therefore

Resolved, 1st. That in the death of Brother Auvill the lodge has sustained an irreparable loss, inasmuch as he was one of our most amiable and worthy members, but that the survivors bow with meek submission to the will of ou Heavenly Father, knowing that he doeth all things well.

Resolved, 2nd. That the Lodge be draped in mourning for thirty days.

Resolved, 3rd. That the Lodge extends its heartfelt sympathy to the widow and orphans of our late brother Henry C. Auvill.

Resolved 4th. That a copy of these resolutions be sent to the family of our deceased brother, the Clinch Valley News, Tazewell Republican and PrincetonJournal.
