Grave side services will be at 2 pm Thursday in St. Peters Lutheran Cemetery, Crescent City, The Rev. Harold Heinzig will officiate. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm Wednesday at Redenius Funeral Home, 234 N Central St, Gilman. Mr. Wessels was born Nov 9, 1922, at Watseka, a son of William and Emma Schaumburg Wessels. He married Anita Noye. She survives. Also, surviving are two daughters, Gaylenne Hamblin of Riverside, Calif., and Dr. Mia Ruth Wessels of Abington, VA.; a Son, William H. Wessels of Caldwell, Idaho; Six grandchildren: a brother, Randolph of Watseka; and two sisters, Geneva Bode of Fox River Grove and Bernice Gotsch of Oak Park. Mr. Wessels attended Milford Schools. He owned and operated Business Appliance Corp., a Photo-copying machine business. He served in the US Army. Harold Heirizig officiating. Mr. Weasels died Saturday, July 24, at 9 pm Huntington Drive Skilled Nursing Center, Arcadia. He was born Nov. 9, 1922, in Watseka, son of William and Emma Schaumburg Wessels. He was married to Anita Noye, who survives. Mr. Wessels attended Milford schools. He was an Army veteran. He owned and operated his own photo copying machine business known as Business Appliance Corporation. He worked as owner, salesman and repairman. Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Gaylenne Hamblin of Riverside, Calif., and Dr. Mia Ruth Wessels of Abington, Va., one son, William H. Weasels of Caldwell, Idaho; six grand-children; one brother, Randolph Wessels of Watseka, and two sisters, Geneva Bode of Fox River Grove and Bernice Gotsch of Oak Park.
