Gazette, The (Cedar Rapids-Iowa City, IA) - February 26, 1998 Harley J. Radloff, 83, of Chandler, Ariz., formerly of Luana and Postville, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 1998, in his home after a long illness. Services: 2 p.m. Sunday, Heritage Lutheran Church, Gilbert, Ariz. Burial will be today. Falconer Funeral Home, Gilbert, in charge of arrangements. Survivors include his wife, Mary; a daughter, Lois Meyer of Mesa, Ariz.; two sons, Harley Jr. of Postville and Bruce of Anaheim Hills, Calif.; a brother, Verdean, and a sister, Donna Mae Olson, both of Postville. Also surviving are a son-in-law, Keith Meyer; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Mahala; a sister, Lillian Jacobia; and a grandson, Lane Radloff. Born and raised in the Luana area, Harley built and managed the bowling alley in Postville and was greenskeeper at Tri-City Golf Course, rural Luana, for 16 years.
