    "9 Hannah3 Gary (Nathaniel2, Arthur1) was born in Roxbury, Mass., July 4, 1671, and was admitted to full membership in the church there in 1695. She married in Roxbury, Aug. 2, 1703, Caleb Phillips, baptized in Roxbury, July 9, 1682, the son of Caleb and Elizabeth Phillips. Hannah Gary Phillips was ten years her husband's senior. They removed to Bellingham, Mass., soon after the incorporation of that town in 1719. Caleb Phillips was town treasurer of Bellingham in 1732. He died there Dec. 24, 1761, 'in his 80th year' and she died there Jan. 12, 1762, 'in her 91st year.'"
