  2. JewishGen.org Hungary marriage database.

Hani LITTMAN, age 18, born in Ribnischek, daughter of David; and Simon ZSAGRIN, age 27, born in Krompach, son of Moritz; married 27 Sept 1870 in Ribnischek, registered in Hunfalu, Tatra, Szepes (LDS 1739205 Item 1, rec 113-03).

  3. Her 1870 marriage record lists her birthplace as Ribnischek (Szepes), but the 1869 census has her birthplace as Berzevicz (Saros). The latter is probably accurate, as her parents were both from Saros, but moved to Szepes some time after she (their first child) was born.
  4. Found in JewishGen.org Hungary database: death of Anna Szagrin, age 42, died in Mahalfalu, b. in Hamborg, Saros (LDS 1739205 #5, Hunfalu, 29-04). No info of parents or husband is listed. The age, the death place, and birth place all line up, making confirmation strong that this is Hani Littman.
