    George A. Sutton Dies; Funeral on Thursday
    George A. Sutton, 69, of 621 North Madison street, died at Ball Hospital early yesterday after an extended illness.
    Services will be conducted at 3 o'clock Thursday afternoon at Parson mortuary with Dr. E. F. Daugherty officiating. Burial will be in Beech Grove cemetery.
    Born in Muncie, he lived his entire life here. He had been an employee at the city garage for the past 12 years. He was a member of the Last Man's Club Company 6, Spanish-American War; a charter member of Local 1080, CIO Government Workers Union. He was an active member of the Jackson Street Christian Church and active in the Married People's Class there.
    He was a member Of the Sons and Daughters of Liberty; charter member of the Jr. O. U. A. M. Council and was state editor the organization's magazine.
    He was a brother of the late Wilbur E. Sutton, editor of the Muncie Evening Press.
    Surviving are the widow, Jessie; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Edward Ennis of Muncie, and a sister, Miss Mabel Sutton of Muncie. Friends may call at the Parson mortuary afternoon Wednesday.
