I have not found their names. Their marriage record in 1879 shows both were 20 years old; but George probably fudged on his age because both census records above show him 2 years younger than his wife. His death record shows his birth date to be 18 June 1861. George and his brother Thomas J. both married sisters. Malona Tanner and Thomas' wife Sarah Tanner were sisters. Their Tanner girls' father had died and they were raised by their mother and step-father, Albert Lewis. The 1880 census shows George's nephew, Clark Minter, living with the young couple. They may have raised him and his family could have known of George and Malona's children. On George W's and Malona's death certificate it has that they were buried in Rockford Cemetery, Harrison County, WV. References
