BIOGRAPHY: George Francis Sever was born in Cambridge July 30 1866, died in Plymouth Dec 16 1954, aged 88, unmarried. He was educated in Cambridge public schools, later studied electrical engineering at MIT class of 1887. M.Sc. Columbia 1905. was an electrical engineer. He held a commission in 1924 as Major, Corps of Engineers, US Army Reserve. In 1927 was elected a Selectman of the town of Kingston Mass. He succeeded his father in the Society of the Cincinnati.
