BIOGRAPHY:

Charles William Seaver was a son of Charles and Jane A. (Elliott) Sever, he was born in Plymouth MA July 1 1834, died there July 9 1904; received a public school education, was a bookseller and publisher. President of the Cambridge (Mass) Savings Bank. He succeeded to the seat of his grand-uncle Ensign James Sever, in 1895. He married in Watertown MA Oct 29 1862 Mary Caroline Webber. (Society of the Cincinnati bio. sketches)
