Facts and Events
Name George Marshall
Gender Male
Christening[1] 26 Jun 1785 Luton, Bedfordshire, England

George Marshall was baptised on 26th June 1785 at Luton in Bedfordshire, son of Elizabeth Marshall, formerly Arnold, and her husband John Marshall. The family lived at Chiltern Green, a hamlet to the east of the parish, removed from the town itself, right on the border with Hertfordshire and the parishes of Kimpton and King's Walden.

George has yet to be traced after his baptism. There was a George Marshall of King's Walden who in 1836 applied for relief from the Hitchin Union Workhouse which may be him, but this has yet to be confirmed.
