- 23 March 1800: Surveyed for George Yonson, 168 acres of Land by virtue of two Entrees the first Entry of 68 acres was made the 29th day of August 1791, in the name of Henry Clemens & by him afds. to the sd. Yanson, one part of a Land Office Deed Survey Warrant N° 2348 & dated the 10th of December 1782 the 2nd Entry of 100 acres was made in his own name the 13th of March 1797 on part of a Land Office Treasury Warrant N®. 13295 & dated the 3rd of August 1782 Lying in Wythe County, on the waters of Reed Creek Beginning at a White Oak on the side of a mountain, Corner to Andrew Crockett's Lands & with a line three of S20 W98 to a white Oak & Black Oak & Spanish Oak John Gibbs Corner & with his line S55° W63 to a hickory & White Oak on Graham's line & with it N7° W108 to a black oak & 2 white Oaks S73 W52 to 4 Elins? __ branch N16° W74 to 2 black Oaks & hickory saplings, near Simpsons Lick N41 E126 to 2 White Oaks & red oak by a branch S82 E80 to a stake of thence South 138 poles to the Beginning.
