George Ingram was born on 26th February 1795 and baptised three days later at Grantham in Lincolnshire, son of Mary Ingram, formerly Tow, and her husband John Ingram, a miller. Sadly, George died when he was only three years old, being buried at Grantham on 4th July 1798.
