  In the Circuit Court, the case of Francis Smith vs. George T. Holmes was taken up, - Dutcher for plaintiff, and Lanning for defendant. This is an action in ejectment, to recover certain premises in the third ward of Trenton. The case was not concluded at the hour of adjournment.
