Freda B. Bittle Ganske, 72, of Sykesville, died Friday, Sept. 22, 2000, at Greater Baltimore Medical Center, Towson.
Born Dec. 5, 1927, in Littlestown, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Annie Krumrine Bittle. She was the wife of Raymond W. Ganske of Sykesville.
She worked for Black and Decker and Telemecanique for 26 years. She was a member of Salem United Methodist Church.
Surviving are son and daughter-in-law Timmy R. and Laura Ganske of Smallwood; daughter and son-in-law Judy R. and Larry Little of Westminster; daughter-in-law Lynn Ganske of Sykesville; sisters Dorothy Smith and Phyllis Baumgardner, both of Littlestown, Pa., and Anna Crabill of New Oxford, Pa.; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by sons Raymond W. Ganske Jr. and William R. Ganske; brother Elmer Bittle; and sister Mary Harmon.
A funeral service will be held with the Revs. Vicki Curry, of Salem United Methodist Church, and O.F. "Bud" Kibbe, of Taylorsville United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Grace Methodist Church Cemetery, Hampstead.
