Franklin was living in 1902 when his mother's sister, Fannie Duryea Brewer's estate was settled and he rec'd his portion of his mother's share.

The Brooklyn Daily Eagle, Friday, March 28, 1919, Page 18, Column 2: “JACKSON—At Setauket, L. I., on Wednesday, March 26, 1919, FRANKLIN JACKSON, son of the late Coe D. and Sarah E. Jackson. Services at house Saturday evening at 8 o'clock. Interment at Wantagh, L. I., on arrival of noon train.”
