George, Margaret, Franklin, Fanney, Ida & Emma were all still single and living at home in the 1880 Hempstead, Queens Census. The following census records received from Jodie Lutter, Oct 2007: 1900 census: 990 Hancock Street, Brooklyn, 28th Ward, Kings County, New York: Franklin Jackson, head; born July 1864, age 35; single; NY, NY, NY; decorator; rents a house. Fannie Jackson, sister; born December 1868, age 31; single; NY, NY, NY. Maggie Jackson, sister; born August 1859, age 40; single; NY, NY, NY. See also mention of Fannie in the record of her sister Alice's husband, Cornelius Price Rosemon. She was apparently still single abt 1906 when Cornelius painted this picture of her farm at Inwood, Long Island: http://www.northeastauctions.com/search/detail.php?l=257&a=feb07 This looks to be the family farm and her father was last recorded in 1880 living in Hempstead, Queens Co, Greater New York City. But in 1902 when Franklin, Fannie and Maggie rec'd their share of their Aunt Fannie Duryea Brewer's estate, they were living together at 522 Kossiusko St, Brooklyn, New York City. References
